The droxford 2014 is a red wine harvested from the most beautiful vineyards on the limestone plateau of the high Minervois. A blend Syrah, Grenache and Carignan, with a hint of garrigue.
The droxford is matured in French Oak for 12 months and is best served at room temperature one hour after being opened.
The hamble 2014 is a red wine harvested from the most beautiful vineyards on the limestone plateau of the high Minervois. A blend Syrah, Grenache and Carignan, with a hint of garrigue.
The hamble is matured in for 12 months in a traditional vat so is less 'oaky' and is best served at room temperature one hour after being opened.
